xHP Flashtool is software for optimizing the performance of the ZF6HP, ZF8HP, and 7-Speed DCT automatic transmissions built into BMWs.
All program levels are developed individually, for each model.
It is possible, to implement a variety of functionalities desired for your vehicle.
The different levels have been developed according to the capabilities of the respective boxes, so the xHP Flashtool method is 100% safe, it has been tested many times all over the world!

Stage 1 Eco/Sport
● Lowers consumption, extends unit life, gives a more modern feel, enhances sporty feel.
● Optimised behaviour in the warm-up phase of the transmission.
● Earlier lock-up of the torque converter in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear.
● Reduced gear change times.
Improved shifting algorithm in autopilot mode.
● In S mode, removed kick-down function (Optional).
● Lowered minimum downshift rpm.
● Unlocked torque limits up to 650rpm.
● Display of selected gear on dashboard in D/S/M modes, on some dashboards up to 2006, not possible to display gears (S1/2..).
Stage 2 Sport
● More sporty spirit, increased driving pleasure, suitable for cars with chip tuning.
● Optimized behavior in the heating phase of the box.
● Earlier locking of the torque converter at 1, 2, 3 gear.
● Even shorter gear shifting time.
● Reduced shift response time from steering wheel.
● Improved shift algorithm in autopilot mode.
● Improved downshifting algorithm.
● Unlocked torque limits up to 750hp.
● Improved S mode behavior so that the motor is always in the optimal operating range.
● With S/M intermediate gas supply in descending order (for gasoline engines).
● In S mode, kick-down function removed.
(Optional).
● Lowered minimum speed for downshifting.
● Display the selected gear on the dashboard in D/S/M modes, on some dashboards until 2006, it is not possible to display the gears (S1/2..).
Stage 3 Sport/Race
● Strong pronounced sporty character, unrecognizable on S/M mode, suitable for highly tuned cars.
● Mode D behavior is similar to Stage 2.
● Optimized behavior in the heating phase of the box.
● Earlier locking of the torque converter at 1, 2, 3 gear.
● Improved shift algorithm in autopilot mode.
● Improved downshifting algorithm.
● Unlocked torque limiters up to 1000hp. In D mode – 25% shorter gear change time.
● In S/M mode – 50% shorter shifting time.
● With M mode auto-shift removed, the car stays on the limiter and waits for manual shift, suitable for Drag, Drift, Donut.
● In S mode, kick-down function removed.
(Optional).
● Lowered minimum switching speed.
● In S/M mode, instantaneous switching response from the steering wheel.
● Increased maximum speed 7000rpm.
(for petrol engines).
● S/M intermediate throttle input when switching in descending order (for petrol and diesel engines).
