Extension cable for BMW radio module from the trunk

In BMW E38, E39, E46, E53, Range Rover L322 cars that have a factory navigation system, no matter if it is the smallest, 4:3 or 16:9, the radio module is installed in the trunk and besides the radio signal receiver, it is also the final stage, i.e. all speakers are fed with sound directly from it.
This means that on these cars, if you wish to install an Erissine multimedia system (or any other “head unit” other than the factory display), you must extend the jacks included in your factory radio module so that instead of being in the trunk, they are in the center console and you can plug them into the Erissine multimedia system.
The Erisin LMBM6-N is suitable for installation on all modern Erisin models, as well as almost all other BMW multimedia systems available. The Erisin LMBM6-N is a set of multimedia extension cable + radio antenna extension cable.
The multimedia extension cable is a 6-meter long cable harness that terminates at its rear end (the one that will be in the trunk of your car) with the 2 types of BMW connectors – a 40-pin plug (“flat pins”) as well as a 17-pin plug (“round pins”), so this cable is suitable no matter which radio module your car comes with at the factory.
And on the front (with multimedia) the cable terminates with a BMW connector 40-pin jack (“flat pins”), i.e. after running this extension cable from the trunk to the center console, your car will now have the same jack in the center console as it would have if the car was not equipped with factory navigation, but with a radio/CD/MID/cassette player on the front.
All the BMW multimedia that is available on the market arrives so complete that it can be plug & play into a 40-pin BMW jack (flat pins).
The extension cable for the radio antenna is a 6-metre long cable which terminates at the rear end (in the boot) with a female Fakra plug to plug the cable from your factory radio antenna into, and terminates at the front (in the centre console) with a male Fakra plug suitable for plugging in multimedia.
